Ashbrook Estate enjoys the best of the mild maritime climate and the gravelly loam soils of the Margaret River wine region. The cane pruned, lyre trellised vines continue to produce optimally ripe, flavoursome grapes of exceptional quality. Only grapes handpicked and grown on the Estate are used and all processing, winemaking, bottling and packaging are closely controlled using the Estate’s own state of the art facilities.
